The Bont frame axles fit most Bont frames and other brands of frames. They do not fit carbon fiber frames. Many axles on the market are made from 6000 series material and have a shallow hole making them easy to strip. The Bont axle is made of 7075 T6 aircraft grade aluminum and has a very deep hole.
